Visit with Santa
Service Description
Enjoy a one-on-one experience with Santa and your family. One week before your visit with Santa, you will fill out an "elf report". The elf report will give Santa details about your family including your names, names of your children, age, and details that only Santa would know. ***Please bring remaining $40 CASH in envelope labeled "Reindeer Fund" and hand to outdoor elf at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Due to high booking volumes, we have a non-refundable booking fee. We request 48 hours of notice prior to your appointment time in order to re-schedule your appointment. While we try our very best to accommodate re-scheduling, we CAN NOT GUARANTEE appointment availability. If you cancel outside of the 48 hour window and we are able to find you a new appointment, a $10 re-booking fee will be charged to your card on file. Thank you for your understanding.
